Together with some of the best local chefs and a certified Big Green Egg workshop leader, you’ll get to recreate the culinary heritage of Abruzzo on daily BBQ workshops on your very personal Big Green Egg, which will travel with us during this unique and very exclusive food adventure in Abruzzo’s culinary heritage! Prepare typical Abruzzo dishes from the heart of Italy on your personal Big Green Egg and soak up a thousand years of Italian history.
You’ll explore, taste & learn how to prepare the finest and freshest local regional dishes with local chefs, hosts, farmers and producers, right in the heart of Abruzzo. You will hunt with the best truffle dogs for wild white truffles in ancient forests. Harvast the world’s best saffron in l’Aquila. Cook traditional Abruzzo dishes at mystic ancient castles as the sun sets. Taste some of Italy’s finest olive oils and wines.
